What is our return and exchange policy?
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
What if I received an incorrect item?
We apologise for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact us mmediately so we can resolve the issue.
How does shipping work?
Most domestic orders will be processed within 3-6 business days and shipped by your choice of shipping method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your order during sale or collection launch periods.
All of our shipping costs are set by our shipping carriers. Avelyn & Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays incurred by any of our shipping carriers, including but not limited to weather or storm delays.
What if I need to make a change to my address?
Please confirm your shipping address before finalising checkout. If you receive a confirmation email with an address that needs to be updated please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address.
