Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or preference.

Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be defective or damaged on arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be covered by Avelyn & Co. in cases where the item is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
